Our unique modern production facilities operate under our 'beyond the bag' principle. Our factories in Kolkata are one of the biggest producers of jute bags in India, so we have the capacity to produce large volumes of quality products. Unlike many other suppliers, all production takes place under one roof so that quality can be maintained and monitored. We are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accredited. Through constantly striving to improve our processes, we have helped change a
traditional artisan industry into a modern process.

We understand that one of the most important things for our
clients is protecting their own brand identity.
Because we provide transparency and independent proof of the
ethical integrity of our bags, we are entrusted with some of the world’s
largest brands.

We have set up a new design studio at our Broadway headquarters to work
directly with customers to create imaginative new designs and concepts
for them and to interpret customers’ own ideas.
The flexible service caters for all our customers, across a wide range
of businesses and non-commercial organisations, irrespective of their
size. The studio offers a free advisory service to clients, especially
new buyers who may need guidance.
The team is headed by Peter Saunders, an experienced graphic designer
who joined from a large design agency. Working with him is Lee Foxall,
moving from Jutexpo’s sales office after four years where he had been
responsible for processing customers’ designs from layouts through to
manufacture. “We wanted to offer our customers a more streamlined
creative service,” explains Operations Director, Sam Turner. “We’ve set
up the studio and invested in new equipment and software to give us a
real design edge. Already we’re working on some exciting innovations
that could extend customers’ options even further.”
