printing
The next stage involves each panel being printed. Each individual colour is screen printed by hand, one after the other. The panels are hung up to dry, quality checked and then issued to the stitchers.
cuttingIn the first stage, the fabric is layered up on large tables and each panel is marked by hand to be cut. Once cut, they are wrapped in bundles and issued to be printed.
stitching
The handles and any labels are sewn onto the panels, then finally the bag takes shape. All that remains is for any swing tickets to be added and the bag to be packaged ready for shipment.
