The new Jutexpo factory has a current capacity to produce large volumes of bags per month.

Jutexpo Ltd are able to manage and control the complete manufacturing process of its ecological and biodegradable jute bags. The bags will be produced by Jutexpo India (pvt) Ltd in a dedicated 25,000sq. ft. factory within the vast Ganges Manufacturing Company Ltd complex. The Ganges Manufacturing Company Ltd is one of West Bengal’s major jute mills, where 60% of the world’s jute is grown and manufactured.

Within the vast factory complex a well-established community exists, where superb facilities such as schools, residential homes, doctors, hospitals and a variety of social clubs are available for employees.

In a recent ethical audit by a leading UK high street retailer, Jutexpo India (pvt) Ltd are delighted to have excelled.

Jutexpo European Warehousing Facility

Based in Felixstowe and adjacent to Britain’s Premier port, Jutexpo’s warehousing facility offers easy access to distribution routes throughout the UK, Europe and rest of the World. This purpose built facility is both fully approved by HM Revenue & Customs and secure, being fully alarmed with direct connection to authorities and covered by CCTV surveillance.

The utilization of the warehouse enables Jutexpo to respond quickly to clients urgent stock orders for immediate dispatch, or hold client’s stock on account to be drawn down when required.

Other logistical services can also be supplied, providing clients with a full range of options, such as re-labeling, stock control, quality control, multi-drop distribution, all complying to clients exacting specifications.
