Local Authorities

We at Jutexpo have worked with many local councils and authorities to design a bag to get a message out to their various constituents.  The reasons that the councils want bags varies a great deal and here are a few examples.

York City Council

York started a ‘Waste Awareness Campaign’ and asked us to develop a range of 5 different style bags to promote this message

Manchester City Council

Manchester asked us to produce a bag with the Fairtrade logo on 1 side.  This was used as part of a larger campaign to promote Manchester as a Fairtrade city.

Worcester County Council

Worcester have had a variety of bags from us over the past 4 years and used these for various reasons.  The first bag was to generally promote re-cycling throughout the county.  They then used the libraries as a means to getting a waste awareness campaign started.  Worcester have also had many bags from us for some of the schools in the county.

Cheshire County Council

Cheshire started with a bag to promote a re-cycling message and used these at various events throughout the county.  They then launched a very successful campaign through their libraries as the libraries had a means of charging for these bags.  Although this was not intended for profit it did give them the opportunity to become price neutral and this campaign is still going strong.
